The doctor
Dr. Nav Vikram Kamboj is Director of Trivo Hair Clinic, SCO 3009-3010, Sector 22D, Chandigarh. He has spent more than fifteen years in hair restoration and has performed over 10,000 procedures.
He developed the clinic’s proprietary NeoDHT® and NeoPlatinum FUE techniques, and works across trichology, PRP, GFC and exosome-based regenerative treatment as well as surgery. Medical hair care and hair transplantation are two halves of the same job: a transplant placed into a scalp that is still losing hair ages badly, so the medical side is never optional.
Why Trivo exists
Most hair-care shopping goes wrong in the same way. Someone buys a serum because a video recommended it, uses it for six weeks, sees nothing, and buys a different one. Nobody told them which serum matches their stage of hair loss, when in the day to use it, what to pair it with, or which blood tests would have shown a correctable cause.
Every product on this site belongs to a protocol. When you choose your condition, you see the medicines, the exact dosing, the blood tests worth doing, and whether the doctor needs to be involved before you start. That is the difference between a store and clinical guidance.
The rules we do not bend
- Serums go on at night. Minoxidil goes on in the morning, 1 ml, on a dry scalp.
- The Neoroller is used on alternate days, with a light stamping motion. Do not press hard.
- Prescription medicines are dispensed only after the doctor approves. No exceptions.
- Stronger is not better. The right protocol is the one that matches your stage.
- Blood tests are a printable referral you get done at any laboratory. We do not sell tests.
- If a plan is not working after three to six consistent months, you talk to the doctor — you do not add more products.
What we do not claim
No hair-loss treatment guarantees the same result for every person. Outcomes vary with the cause, how long it has been going on, how consistently treatment is used, and individual biology. Miniaturised follicles can often be revived; follicles that have closed cannot. We would rather tell you that at the start than at month six.
